A -55°C~150°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 105kHz~835kHz 350kHz~535kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. LTC3892 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
