Capsuled in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width), 16 Leads, Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Bulk solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 4.5V~150V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~850kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
