There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4V~140V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 50kHz~900kHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control.
