With a 38-TFSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 75kHz~850kHz.
