Capsuled in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4V~140V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 50kHz~900kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Current Limit, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking.
