LTC7813EUH#TRPBF Overview


As a result of 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 2 numbers. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 4.5V~60V and has a 4.5V~60V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. This switching controller can switch at 105kHz~835kHz 350kHz~535kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start, Tracking which allows efficient switching control. A duty cycle set at 99 % ensures voltage regulator dc to dc reliability during power-on and power-off.
