MC74HCT4066ADTG Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 1:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Operational temperature extended around -55°C~125°C TA. As part of its design, the 14 series is equipped with this electronic component. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Analog switches have 120Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 14 pins, please refer to the datasheets. An abnormal situation would be for the switch device to be supplied with a voltage greater than 5.5V. There should be 4.5V voltage fed to the electrical part below 4.5V. An analogue multiplexer drains from a single voltage supply at 4.5V~5.5V. Operating voltages of 5V are compatible with the electrical part. A 4 input needs to be operated.
