MCP1316T-29AE/OT Overview


A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. In this PMIC, you can find SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your reference. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1V for this IC power. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. The supply current of the power management is 10μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using MCP1316, the base power ics number. A maximum supply temperature of 10μA can be used.
