MCP1317T-46LE/OT Overview


It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, it has 5 pins on IC management. 5 pins are present on the power management system. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 1V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. There is a supply current of 10μA for the power management. You can always use MCP1317, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 10μA.
