MCP19215T-E/S8 Overview


Capsuled in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 4.5V~42V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. Switching can be done at 31.25kHz~2MHz with this switching controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. A DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 32 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts.
