MCP635-E/MF Overview


In order to protect the op amps, a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. There have been a total of 10 terminations over the past year. In total, there are 10 pins on this op amp ic.
