The 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.4 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 5V~10V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -20°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Mosfet driver consists of 16 terminations as Mosfet drivers foundation.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number MD1820.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 16 pins when designing.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.Using 2.2W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.
