MIC2125YML-T5 Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. Switching can be done at 200kHz~750kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. An array of 16 terminations of dc switching. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 12V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "MIC2125". Total pins of switching converter are 16. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 28V input voltage.
