MIC2164YMM-TR Overview

The switching controller fits in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 3V~28V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
