MIC2193BM Overview


In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 2.9V~14V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. This switching controller can switch at 400kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. 5V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 2.9V. DC regulator outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.
