MIC2193YM-TR Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 2.9V~14V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 400kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. A search for "MIC2193" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics. The switching converter has a total of 8 pins. During power-up and power-down, the maximum duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc is set to 100 %. In most applications and prototype designs, DC switcher is qualified as a Surface Mount. At least -40°C°C is recommended. DC regulator should run at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C.
