MIC2791N-04VMT-T5 Overview


It is mounted through 6 terminals on the power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. There are 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. 6 pins are on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.5V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TJ. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. The supply current of the power management is 50μA. There are other features such as THRESHOLD VOLTAGE=0.4 V to name a few.
