MKL26Z256VLL4, provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale, belongs to the family of Kinetis? KL2x-72/96 MHz, USB ultra-low-power microcontrollers (MCUs) based on Arm? Cortex?-M0+ Core. It is compatible with all other Kinetis L families as well as the Kinetis K2x family. In a low-power run mode, run power consumption is kept down to 50 μA/MHz, and with full state retention and 4.5 μs wakeup, static power consumption is kept down to 2 μA. Its nine low-power modes are optimized for power consumption in various applications.
