MKL26Z256VLL4, provided by NXP Semiconductors / Freescale, belongs to the family of Kinetis? KL2x-72/96 MHz, USB ultra-low-power microcontrollers (MCUs) based on Arm? Cortex?-M0+ Core. It is compatible with all other Kinetis L families as well as the Kinetis K2x family.
