MLX90640ESF-BAA-000-TU Overview


Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in TO-205AD, TO-39-3 Metal Can packages. There should be a voltage of 2.9V~3.6V supplied by the image sensors. We will package these image sensors in the Bulk to protect them from damage. There's 3.6V voltage limit on image sensors. But the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors should be 3V.
