On the board, there is also a SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package that saves space.A LED driver with 1 outputs is designed.The mounting method adopted is Surface Mount.When it emerges as a DC DC Regulator, it performs extremely well and is highly reliable.When the temperature is -20°C~125°C TJ, it can work normally.The benefits are considerable for Backlight.As a result, it operates based on the frequency of 1MHz.There are 20 pins on the base of this LED driver.Having a voltage supply below 0.8V can lead to undetermined failures.Surface Mount is mounted on it.4.4V is a maximum acceptable voltage for the supply.The output voltage of the device is 2.5V~5V.There is a maximum value of 4.4V supply voltage supported by this device.
