MP8666DN-LF Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~21V volts and has 4.5V~21V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 600kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator.
