N80C188-20 Overview


Due to its PLCC packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR. As a whole, there are 68 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 5V voltage supply. In terms of architecture, it is a 16-Bit system. For functions of 68 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A maximum supply current of 5.5V is available. An example of a Microprocessors microprocessor can be found here. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 16b. If the temperature is higher than 70°C, the microprocessor should not operate. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 68 pins injected into them. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 20MHz. According to the datasheet, the embedded microprocessor requires 5V power supply. You can supply voltage 100mA higher than 100mA to the CPU. Don't forget the microprocessor's additional features like: DRAM REFRESH CONTROL UNIT; PROGRAMMABLE INTERRUPT CONTROLLER. There're 5 external interrupts terminations to deal with hardware interrupts. 2 channels are applied to program the DMA (Direct Memory Access) process.
