N80C188-25 Overview


Due to its PLCC packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. There is MICROPROCESSOR MICROPROCESSOR in the uPs, uCs, or peripheral ICs categories. In total, 68 terminations have been made. A 5V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. A 16-Bit architecture is used. For information about 68 pins, please refer to the datasheet. With a maximum supply current of 5.5V, it has a maximum power consumption. Microprocessors is a typical embedded microprocessor. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 16b. Using the microprocessor in an environment above 70°C is not recommended. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 68 pins. It is expected that the CPU will reach a top frequency of 25MHz. The micro processor requires 5V power supplies according to the datasheets. CPU voltages cannot exceed 125mA. Be sure to check out the additional features of the microprocessor, including: DRAM REFRESH CONTROL UNIT; PROGRAMMABLE INTERRUPT CONTROLLER. For hardware interrupts, there are 5 external interrupt terminations. In DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are applied.
