For packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -55°C~150°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.On the PCB H gate is mounted using Surface Mount.As H bridge ic of its specific characteristics, it also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.A power source can supply a maximum load current of 50A when the ambient temperature is specified.
