It is mounted through 4 terminals on the power management. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. According to the specification, the package's peak reflow temperature is specified to be NOT SPECIFIED. When 0.85V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. There are other features such as THRESHOLD VOLTAGE IS 2.0V to name a few. Supervisors from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100 series product line are featured in this PMIC.
