With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 3.1V~40V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for work in a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 100kHz~500kHz.
