Logical driver uses a neat 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Non-Inverting logic prototype. Buffer IC is fed with a voltage of 3V~18V. Qualified to operate within -55°C~125°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of logical driver is 14.1mA 25mA. Logical driver can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 2 elements are put into use. Digital buffer is one of the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 4000B series devices. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Transceiver shares the 4000/14000/40000 family's comprehensive benefits and features. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Surface Mount applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 2, 4 (Hex) bits for each element. You can search "4503" for other related electrical components. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. The digital buffer starts up under ENABLE LOW control technology. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 4μA.
