NLV74HC14ADG Overview


This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. This logic works according to the Inverter principle. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. Current output is 5.2mA 5.2mA in both the high and low states. It comes from the Automotive, AEC-Q100, 74HC series. Total terminations are 14. Users will benefit significantly from 6 functions in this part. The chip is a part of HC/UH. There are 14 pins injected into the part body. The logic device can be mounted on the Surface Mount axis and is used in a wide range of applications. To find out what the functions of 14 pins are, please refer to their datasheets.
