6-XFLGA package. In this package, we have included the Tape & Reel (TR) package as well. This item is available in Surface Mount as well. In addition, it has a fully functional Single-Ended output. Configurable Multiple Function logic is used in its communication. A higher operating temperature at -55°C~125°C can be achieved. A 3 input is included in it. It is a part of the MiniGate? series. Powered by 1.65V~5.5V, it runs on batteries. The part includes 6 terminations. For more similar parts, search NLX1G58. As you can see, it is joined with 6 pins. Devices are designed as Surface Mount devices for ease of installation and disassembly. In this case, the logic gate is implemented as a 6-solution. Normally, the part requires 2.3V volts. The product is part of the 1G line. The device is in the state of quiescence when it has a current of 1μA flowing across it. To protect the device, the maximum voltage should be kept below 5.5V.
