Surface Mount is used for RF transceiver's mounting.Initially, it emerges as a TxRx + MCU with transceiver RF's high efficiency and a high degree of reliability.High reliability is achieved with advanced transceiver RF' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).64 pins are provided on the transceiver RF circuit board.By Surface Mount, transceiver has been mounted.As a result, RF transceiver operates based on the frequency of 2.4GHz.
