PI3A223ZMEX Overview


This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 10-UFQFN, making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. Mounted in Surface Mount is this multiplexer. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. The total number of terminations is 10. A 1 channel electronic part produces high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPDT switching circuits. There are 2 circuits in this switch device. The internal resistance of this digital multiplexer is 750mOhm.
