PI3A268CZMEX Overview


Packed in 10-UFQFN, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). It is mounted in the position Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 1.65V. The switch device would be able to operate with 500nA current. Analogue multiplexers require a 1.65V~4.3V voltage to drain from a single voltage supply. It is possible to use SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs on this digital multiplexer. It can operate from 3V operating voltages.
