RN5RK351A-TR-FE Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING REGULATOR output. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Various 5 terminations. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 2V. DC regulator outputs 3.5V voltage based on test statistics. Voltages 8V are the maximum that the dc to dc regulator will accept. Total number of functions (s) for thare switch converters are 1. We design voltage regulators switchings with 5 pins. 120kHz is the highest frequency at which the switching controller can switch. The maximum temperature allowed is 85°C degrees Celsius. A temperature of -40°C should be recorded at the bottom of the dc to dc voltage regulator.
