RT8130BGQW Overview


It comes in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.5V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
