RT8130BGQW Overview


It comes in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Cut Tape (CT) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 4.5V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Phase Control, Power Good provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. There are 10 pins on switching converter.
