Capsuled in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 2.5V~16V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem.
