It comes in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4.2V~12.6V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control, Soft Start.
