With its SOT-23-6 package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc controls with 4.5V~16V voltage are supplied and operated. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. It can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Soft Start. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "SC2603". Power-up and power-down reliability is ensured voltage regulator dc to dc by setting the maximum duty cycle to 95 %. DC regulator should be kept at a temperature of -40°C or higher.
