SC2621STRT Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4V~16V volts and has 4V~16V supply voltage. Worked in a -25°C~85°C TA dc switcher before.
