SC4508IMLTRT Overview


In the 12-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2.7V~15V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~150°C TJ dc switcher. There is a switch at 100kHz~1.5MHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. Searching "SC4508" will return other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
