SC4603IMSTRT Overview


It comes in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 2.25V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Phase Control for efficient switching control. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. The 10 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 3.3V. In total, switching converter has 10 pins. The type is a particular Switching Regulator or Controllers of switching converter.
