With a 18-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 8V~35V. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 1Hz~500kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Dead Time Control, Enable, Frequency Control, Reset, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. This Surface Mount makes DC switcher suitable for most prototypes and applications. A temperature 0°C lower than 0°C should be maintained.
