SI5341B-B-GM Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. There are 64 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. By operating at a frequency of 350MHz, RF synthesizer is able to reali350MHze high efficiency.
