SI5341C-B-GM Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. A Clock PLL is included with the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There are 1.71V~3.47V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This clock PLL features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
