SI5351B-B-GMR Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 2.5V allows for high efficiency. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 2 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 1.71V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. This electronic component can be classified as a Clock Generator.
