SL16020DCT Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). As part of the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 10 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called Clock, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 100MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.97V~3.63V. The temperature should be set at -10°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. Clock PLL is equipped with 10 pin count. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number SL16020. A 10 pin is available on the PLL. The maximum supply voltage that analog clock generator can handle is 3.3V. Clock PLL is configured with 2 output. A supply current of 14.5mA needs to be provided to fully play RF synthesizer's function.
