SP6123CN-L Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 3V~5.5V and has a 3V~5.5V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. It can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. The 8 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 3.3V. 3V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage. A maximum value of 2A is output for current.
