SP6133ER1-L/TR Overview


It comes in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 5V~24V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 4.5V. At most, the dc to dc regulator accepts 5.5V input voltage. Current is output to the greatest value of 2A.
