SP6134HEU-L/TR Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 3V~28V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 600kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Soft Start. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . 10 terminations with various dc switching's functions. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 3V. A maximum voltage of 28V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. This value is ALSO OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE DOWN TO 0.8V so that DC to DC voltage regulator better serves the purpose. A value of 2A is output as the maximum value of current.
