Case Tray is delivered.Packaged in 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad cases.There is no better mounting type than Surface Mount.Serializer/Deserializer is possible to change the operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA using the device.There is a 2.3V~3.6V volt supply output on the chip.The user can enter input through CMOS/TTL forms.ICs with V-by-One?HS output types are recognized.In order to operate this device, there are 35 inputs to be used.On the device, 1 outputs are possible.This electrical component is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100, THine?, V-by-One? series.
