TND315S-TL-2H Overview


Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.Based on 4.5V~25V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.When -55°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.Transmission lines can be terminated with a termination that matches the characteristic impedance of the line using 8 terminations.An interface using 8 pins is used to provide pronged contact.The H bridge operates at a voltage of 18V.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 1A.The 8 pins work together to provide this bridge driver with the functionality it requires.
